Required Lease Documentation From Landlord/Realtors

Realtors/Landlords that process leases including renewal leases through the USAG-H Housing Office must bring the following documentation with them to ensure all property and landlord information is current and correct.  Leases will NOT be process unless all documentation is provided. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Enters the Lease Contract
1. Lease agreement with LL's stamp 2. Property Deed (Adduceable one/date of deed must be within 5 days of lease signing) 3. Landlord & realtor are required to attend
Renewal Lease Contract:
1. Lease agreement with LL's stamp 2. Property Deed (Adduceable one/date of deed must be within 5 days of lease signing) *Landlord & realtor are NOT required to attend
**Process leases including renewal leases: **If LL sends POA; Power of Attorney (original/effective 90 days from date of issue) &    Landlord's registered court Stamp (original/effective 90 days from date of issue)
**If the property is multiple units or high rise apartments:    following documents are needed:  * Multiple units(One owner): Registered Building Map/Floor Plan  * High rise apartment and Villas (Multiple owners): Multiple Registered Building Map-Classified Ownership

1. 임대인의 도장이 찍힌 임대차 계약서 2. 등기사항전부증명서(제출용/계약하는 날로부터 5일 이내에 발행한 것) 3. 임대인과 공인중개사는 하우징으로 참석하여야 함
재계약시 필요한 서류
1. 집주인의 도장이 찍힌 임대차 계약서 2. 등기사항전부증명서 (제출용/계약하는 날로부터 5일 이내에 발행한 것) * 임대인과 공인중개사는 하우징에 참석하지 않아도 됨
**계약/재계약시 **임대인이 위임을 하였을 경우; 위임장(원본/발행일로부터 90일 이내) &    임대인의 인감증명서 (원본/발행일로부터 90일 이내)
** 계약/재계약시 임대물건이 다가구주택, 집합건물인 아파트나 다세대인 경우      아래와 같은 서류가 필요합니다.      * 다가구 주택: 건축물 관리대장/건축물현황도 (건축물관리대장에 구분이 안되는 경우)
* 아파트, 다세대:  집합건축물대장 전유부
